Explore the second chapter of the Yoga Sutras from the point of view as a householder. How can you apply the great teachings of Patanjali to this current world situation, and how can you practice with the chaos and blessings that your current life situation offers?

Join a like-minded group (that is people who want to reduce their stress, shake off their tension and trauma) in this 4-week series focusing on TRE. We will go over the exercises that initiate the tremors, and we will investigate the continued evolution of your practice. This will help you to refine the practice for your own personal use. There will be time for questions and answers. You are encouraged to journal your experience.

Join Bonnie at Mad Lavender farm for a complete yoga practice. We will use meditaiton, pranayama, chanting and asana to help transform, relax and renew. Each week will be a different experience and this beautiful working lavender farm. Enjoy tea and satsang at the end of each session. All levels of experience welcome. You can register for the whole series on line. If you need to only register for one or two please contact the studio to sign up. A list of what to bring, and any documents needed will be sent the day before. In case of inclement weather we will reschedule.

Nothing restores like the outdoors! Join Bonnie and nature in this half-day close to home retreat. We will spend the whole time outdoors in the magnificent Horseshoe bend park just outside of Frenchtown NJ. During our time together we will practice seated and walking meditation, asana and deep relaxation. We will also have a satsang, and eat a vegan homemade lunch together. No experience needed! A list of things to bring and directions will be sent upon registration.

Join David for an hour of meditation practice after his asana class on Saturday mornings. He will guide you in a variety of different techniques and answer questions you may have about your experiences and struggles. We are all beginners on this path, so all levels of experience are welcome to attend, from new to experienced. (You do not have to attend the class before hand, but it will be a nice way to start out the day!)

The study of the Mahavidyas is the study of the self. In this course we will meet the Mother through her various forms. By studying her different powers we can understand, and even liberate, parts of our mind and energies. We can liberate a degree of suffering that will naturally occur when we don't understand ourselves fully. This study also brings clarity to the movement of the world around, so we see how all the moving parts point to the whole.
We will look at 9 of the Mahavidyas in the course. There will be an introduction and a practice given for each of these forms. We will also look at the parts of ourselves that are reflected in the matrix of each Mahavidya.

Begin or refine your yoga practice with Cindy. Everyone's practice should fit their body and their needs- in this workshop you will discover the way to shape yoga asana so it is beneficial for your body, mind and energy. Cindy will lead you through the fundamentals of a yoga practice so you can use it to reduce stress, increase your sleep, increase flexibility (in both body and mind) and shift your prespective in the direction you want it to go. These practices are adaptable for all people, including you.
