During this series Bonnie will lead you on a mindful journey outdoors. We will sit for a meditation in the middle of the walk (more or less), enjoy a guided meditation or practice, and then come back. We will meet in a different location each time. Directions to the location, as well as what you need to bring with you, will be sent to you after registration. You will need to bring your own cushion to sit on and sturdy shoes will be required. We will be masked and outdoors! Space is limited to make sure we are socially distant. If the weather is not cooperating, we will just meet the following week until we finish our tour of four. All of the locations will be within 1 mile or so of Frenchtown.
