In this course you will learn the JFS (Joint Freeing Series) which is a 21 movements sequence that increases mobility and prana flow in the body . The JFS has been used to alleviate symptoms from arthritis, back pain, hip pain, neck issues, lack of energy, sleeplessness, digestive issues and more. You will learn how to modify the movements so they benefit you the most. Deb will also connect the movements to the functional movements that you are probably doing (or trying to do) all day long so you can directly relate the JFS to your life. All levels of ability and fitness are welcome. No prior experience required. Wear whatever you are comfortable in.
