Love the idea of doing yoga, but not sure where to start? If you are feeling stressed and disconnected from your body, it is time to start. Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner looking to re-start your yoga practice or brand new to the practice please join Sarah for 6 weeks of Intro to Yoga. The poses will be broken down into manageable pieces, and your questions will be answered as they arise. Each class will start with a short meditation followed by a breakdown of 2-3 key yoga poses and will include plenty of time for your questions. You will end with the best part--savasana (final relaxation).
Online option available (via zoom) upon request once registered for the workshop. Recordings will be sent to all participants
