Pain in your back, hips, knees, and belly can be traced back to tight or weak psoas muscles. You change the state and functionality of your psoas muscle group through understanding, identification and then exercises. Find out about the psoas and how to care and maintain a healthy balance in these important muscles which affect the rest of your body. All classes will be recorded, and recordings will be available to all participants so you can follow along when it is best for you.
