A fabulous combination! 1/2 hour Boot Camp with Eric Ferguson, 1/2 hour Yoga with Bonnie. Eric will take you through muscle building exercises and some cardio. Bonnie will guide you to open up the muscles you just worked to help lengthen and expand post-workout. Class will occur every other week. When it is nice enough out we will meet outside. During the time we are indoors, you can participate via zoom!

It is an active class in which students are challenged to achieve a harmonious flow as they move through the poses. Instruction includes more advanced asana variations, including arm balances, standing balances and inversions. Because the class attracts practitioners at various stages of accomplishment, students attempting more challenging poses will receive individual attention as needed.

Join Bonnie in this 5-week series to help you identify what is tight in your body, what is weak in your hips and what is the proper alignment for you. Most importantly, learn ways to address your personal restrictions. You will learn where your hip muscles (and bones!) are and what they do, what they are not doing, and how to get them working together to bring you more ease of movement. Classes will be recorded so you won’t miss a thing. You can attend these sessions in person or online. When you register you will only see the online version. Don't worry, you can still come in if that is your preference. You will be contacted after registering to see how you will be participating.
