Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner looking to re-start your yoga practice or brand new to the practice please join Sarah for 6 weeks of Intro to Yoga. The poses will be broken down into manageable pieces, and your questions will be answered as they arise. Each class will start with a short meditation followed by a breakdown of 2-3 key yoga poses and will include plenty of time for your questions. You will end with the best part--savasana (final relaxation). Online option available (via zoom) upon request once registered for the workshop.
