Bonnie Pariser

Bonnie Pariser is the founder, director and senior instructor at Yoga Loka. She began teaching Yoga in 1998 and has taught in the Frenchtown area since 1999. Bonnie is a Thai Yoga Therapist, Level two Reiki practitioner, and a certified TRE® provider, trained by TRE® founder Dr. David Bercelli. Bonnie has led more than 13 training and immersion programs at Yoga Loka and is a guest teacher in other training programs. She has taught classes at Kripalu, Integral Yoga (NYC and Virginia), the Hunterdon County Library Lecture Series and the NYC Open Center. Bonnie is also a member of the Integrative Medicine Team at Hunterdon Medical Center and offers programs at Steeple Chase Cancer Cancer at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and the non-profit Yoga For Cancer Care program.

The use of Structural Yoga techniques combined with the mindful and peaceful aspects inherent to yoga makes this workshop perfect for anyone looking to recover from an injury, regain balance, slow down the effects of aging and bone loss, and increase muscle tone. Usually this class will end with TRE to help the body release in final relaxation.
